1. What type of family chart you offer?
Our family trees are vertical ancestor charts type and show each generation of direct blood ancestors.
We offer 4 and 5 generation level chart.
2. I have two children, is it possible to include both of them in the family tree?
We can include more than one final descendant only in the 4 generation chart.
3. What kind of information can I include in a family member?
Based on our template we can add:- First name
- Last names
- City of birth
- State/Province of birth
- Date of birth
But this information can be modified and adapted to the needs of each person, respecting the gaps.
4. I want to order a family tree, what do I have to do?
You have to send us an email with your name, email address and the model you want (if you know it) and we will send you an email detailing the procedure to follow. From here on, communication will be via email.
5. What information do you need to complete the chart?
We need at least the details of each family member. If we do not have a photo for any of them, we will replace it with a photo of their city of birth or another element of your choice.
6. How should I proceed to make the payment?
Once all information from family members has been received, a low-resolution, non-printable version of the family tree will be submitted for validation. Once the client is satisfied, a PayPal account will be provided for payment. Once payment has been received, production and shipping will continue.
7. Does the payment include a pdf version of the family tree?
No, no PDF will be delivered with the purchase. The project will be kept for future orders of the same family tree. These orders will cost 75$ for each frame and 30$ for each print.
8. I have a coat of arms that I downloaded from the internet, can it be used in the family tree?
No, only the shields made by us will be included. This may involve redoing the shield sent or generating one from scratch. But always following the guidelines established by our designers. This is to avoid legal issues. The cost of each shield has a fixed rate of $25.
9. If I order the crests for the family chart, will I receive a digital or printable version of them?
No, the cost of designing the coat of arms is exclusively for integrating them into the family tree.
